Recent reviews mention difficulty reaching the company by phone and mismatches between posted hours and on-site availability. Several customers cite concerns about build quality and delays on cosmetic or minor repairs. A smaller number of comments note helpful in-person assistance when expectations about the manufacturing site versus a retail showroom were clear.

So disappointed. Drove an hour to look at models and get info for purchase. The hours on google are NOT accurate. They are only
open 3 days a week for like 5 hours. But showed up during the time it said they were open, and NO ONE in sight. Called the number on the sign and it goes to a different location.

They slapped the RV together and left many things needing cosmetic repair. They came out once and have not come back out to fix the issues. Everything from exterior cracks, to chuncks of wall they dented, to uneven Trex decking. They dropped off the decking and have not installed it. I cannot reach anyone at silvercrest or get anyone to call back. It seems they are trying to "run out the clock" on our one year warranty. DO NOT USE THEM!!!... fyi, 3 years later, and still having problems. Every single pex water pipe connection has leaked without exception. Every wall is crooked. They just did not care.

We bought a 399 sq foot unit. We had to rebuild the supports across the loft. Cheap and not safe. The hot water heater has flipped off so many times it no longer works. Now the microwave is flipping out. They refuse to answer the phone. The place we bought it can't get them to answer phones. A warranty is useless with nobody to answer or service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased my home from Ma Williams but Silvercrest is the manufacturer. I'm 3 years in and there's so many issues. From the cheap paint yellowing, pealing and chipping to the cheap fixtures falling off and light switches breaking. The hardware has pretty much fallen off in every bathroom from the towle holders, toilet paper holders to the faucets themselves have come off multiple times. Things started falling off within the first 2 months of moving in. I'd call Ma Williams and they'd send someone to "fix" it but they'd fall off again right after. A couple of weeks after year 1 I called Ma Williams again about these things and was told they couldn't fix it because its been a year and it was considered "nornal wear and tear". How when for most of that year they were falling off and I didn't get to use them for a good portion of that year. They said file an insurance claim. The caulking around the sinks are either missing (never sealed) or it's come off or cracked. So water is getting in the walls from just showering and the walls sweating or using the sink to wash up. There's cracks in almost every room on the walls from top to bottom. The AC units that were installed blew out the first year. I had to pay $600 to repair them. Last week again they blew out another $600+ to get them running, but they still need a couple of things that the units need, but the manufacturer isn't required to include. So that's another $2000 if I want them to last awhile and that's coming from 3 separate estimates. That's how I learned there was lawsuits against Goodman for knowingly selling faulty units back in 2016. Goodman changed their name but not the bad units. So Silvercrest knew that and still installed them. My garbage disposal broke after 1.5 years. My refrigerator after 2 years and the A/C units after years 1 and 3. They slap these homes together as cheaply as possible and install faulty appliances with shoddy work. It's not fair to the buyers. The works left my keys in the door and someone was sleeping in my room on cardboard. There was bare footprints everywhere. The workers used my microwave to cook lunch hooked up to a battery. There was food exploded on the inside and it stunk. They had someone clean it. I didn't appreciate them using it without asking and before I got to use it myself. For as much as I paid for this home with the supposed upgrades it shouldn't be like this. Buy your own appliances. Find/hire your own companies for paint, tile, plumbing, counter tops, carpet, electrical, HVAC, cabinets all of it. It's extra work but worth knowing you hired trustworthy companies. Check reviews and ask questions. I regret not doing it myself and letting Silvercrest/Ma Williams people do it as cheaply as possible with poor workmanship. Look into the contractors/subcontractors. It's costing me thousands to repaint, repaire and file a claim for water damage because they did seal the sinks and walls where water could get in. It's not ok

Ask for Ron , he was very helpful and took the time to show us the model that he had on-site. We really appreciate it, we drove 3 hours not knowing that this was the manufacturing plant, not a retailer.
