We've heard some horror stories regarding DR Horton and issues that some customers have had regarding the company - However I can say that Kyle Cooper repeatedly proved our worries to be unfounded. Completely professional throughout the entire process, never pushed us to buy something we weren't absolutely ready for and quickly followed up with us once we finally were ready to pull the trigger. He walked us through every step of the process and answered any questions I had at almost any hour of the day (sorry Kyle lol) and kept us updated on everything as the process moved along. Our approval process was about 20 days from our first visit to closing! We found a leak in the master bathroom during one of our initial visits and within days the leak was repaired and the drywall patched! The builders are excellent at their craft, this much is certain (shout out to Zach Calhoun, superintendent)!We've utilized the warranty system for some basic home issues and DRH was always extremely quick to respond and correct them. Highly recommend working with Kyle and his team and taking advantage of their promos when they have them periodically throughout the year! We got lucky and caught a 3-in-1 promo deal (lender-subsidized 2/1 buydown, closing costs paid, and a locked-in 3.99% rate!) during their Red Tag sale. Extremely happy and highly recommend Kyle and DRH!

I would highly recommend a new construction home for first time home buyers or buyers in general it was a very smooth process and you get a brand new house with incentives like smart devices!
This area of town is perfect for any family that wants to feel slightly outside of Corpus Christi, but still close to everything you need!! I love that London Towne has all of Corpus Christi utilities (water, gas, sewer) compared to septic tank just a mile down the road! You really feel like you’re out in the quiet countryside, and just 15 minutes from the Downtown Bay Area of Corpus Christi!
