I just took delivery of the keys to our new bay house that OGH built for us in Rockport Texas. We met Reza in 2021 and immediately knew we had found the right builder to build our dream retirement home. We purchased our property in 2022 and began working on the design with Reza in early 2024. He was fantastic to work with as he guided us through the design process. Many changes were made and he professionally and patiently worked with us through the entire process. Our build began in early 2025. During the build, there were still many more changes and add-ons that we wanted. As we began working with his team, we immediately realized they all had the same professional work ethic as Reza. When solicited, Reza's team provided excellent feed back and welcome help on all of the changes and add-ons that continued nearly through the entire build. His team was also great at helping us save money on the items we picked out. I met with team members on the job site many, many times and all meetings were professional and productive. Reza runs a very well organized custom home building business and it's clear everyone enjoys their job working for OGH. We're so glad we met Reza as he and his team built us a beautiful home. We had always dreamed of having a coastal home in Rockport, TX. and finding Ocean Glory made that dream come true. Ocean Glory was open to modifying one of their predesigned floor plans and worked with us through the design and building of our home. I cant say enough about there professionalism and knowledge of the local home building market. Also a shout out to there superintendent Charlie who made the building process so much easier. He was always there to answer questions or have meeting with us after hours or on weekends. We were able to customize it to our needs and style, walk through the build site at any time, and personally talk to the workers from the carpenter to flooring - who delivered amazing, quality work. Even through the delays of the pandemic and labor shortages, our home was finished in time and the price that we signed for in the beginning never changed despite the ever increasing price of materials and homes in general.
