The most impressive part of the build, and compelling reason to write this review is they stand behind their work. I reached out to Wade with a few very small electrical warranty items, and Hector had the electricians out to fix all of the issues THE NEXT DAY which is impressive in this industry! Thanks again guys for all yall's work building my house in Port Aransas!

Victoria has been my go to girl which is so important during the process. She gets all of my questions answered and truly wants to see our hopes come to fruition. This was our first time building a home and Victoria talked us through the entire process, including with color choices. I can’t say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable she was. The entire process from designing,, closing paperwork to the build went extremely fast. Everyone involved in the build was extremely professional and worked hard everyday to get the job completed. We were amazed at the progress everyday. The quality of work is fabulous and I can’t say enough about the supervisor, Hector. Any questions or concerns were answered and handled immediately. He is amazing! Wade, Victoria and Hector made what could have been a stressful process in to a wonderful experience. We signed off on our house today and it’s beautiful and can’t believe how quickly it was built. We would definitely recommend UBH, if you’re thinking about building a forever home.
