We had a wonderful experience with UBH.Our sales associate was Victoria Carpenter for the Corpus Christi and south Texas area. She was very insightful and helpful. She was there from walking us through the application process all the way through color scheme inside and outside. Vitoria made our experience easy and is there whenever we have any questions.
We just got our home, The process through the bill it was better than I expected, The house was built fast and no findings at the end. Good quality of work! No headaches through the build, thanks to Hector! And thanks to Victoria and Wade the beginning and to finish it’s been smooth! Thank you guys for everything!
Big shout out to Hector and Wade at UBH! Hector was my build supervisor, and he knocked it out of the park with the quick completion of my home! The structural integrity was also top notch! The most impressive part of the build, and compelling reason to write this review is they stand behind their work. I reached out to Wade with a few very small electrical warranty items, and Hector had the electricians out to fix all of the issues THE NEXT DAY which is impressive in this industry! Thanks again guys for all yall's work building my house in Port Aransas!
We are still in the beginning process of our home build but Victoria, Wade, and Hector have all been so great. Always answering any questions I have fast and joyfully. Victoria has been my go to girl which is so important during the process. She gets all of my questions answered and truly wants to see our hopes come to fruition. Everything has gone smooth so far and am looking forward to working with them for the duration of the process.
This was our first time building a home and Victoria talked us through the entire process, including with color choices. I can’t say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable she was. The entire process from designing,, closing paperwork to the build went extremely fast. Everyone involved in the build was extremely professional and worked hard everyday to get the job completed. We were amazed at the progress everyday. The quality of work is fabulous and I can’t say enough about the supervisor, Hector. Any questions or concerns were answered and handled immediately. He is amazing! Wade, Victoria and Hector made what could have been a stressful process in to a wonderful experience. We signed off on our house today and it’s beautiful and can’t believe how quickly it was built. We would definitely recommend UBH, if you’re thinking about building a forever home.
