Their goal is to do a poor job and hope you don't notice until it is too late. After only 2 years, my fence is falling down. When I looked at it, they did not nail in most of the supports. This is how they did everything... They are not trustworthy.

If you want to pay $550,000 for a home or more, this is the place for you. I have not been terribly impressed with the quality of the construction. They do have some nice house plans. But like it or not these are stick and nail homes. The price is basically based on location. It is a well-planned neighborhood and it does cost an awful lot of money to get in there. For sure you're not going to have any homeless neighbors.
