New Leaf Custom Homes

New Leaf Custom Homes becomes the silent family member permanently embedded into the framework of your life. Their presence isn’t loud—it’s felt in the precision, the restraint, and the refusal to compromise when it matters most. Every detail reflects pride of craftsmanship and a persistence in pursuit of excellence that is increasingly rare. Even at the final stage, revisions were executed with technical rigor, accountability, and care—as if the home were their own. The result is not just a beautiful house, but a deeply trustworthy one—built to perform, endure, and quietly support the life happening within its walls. New Leaf didn’t just build our home; they made it the dream home of our lives. For that, our family is profoundly grateful.

We had an incredible experience with New Leaf! Their entire building process is so streamlined—it took so much of the expected stress out of building our custom home. The entire team (especially our designers Elizabeth, Tara, and Kelly, as well as our project manager, Katie) was professional, easy to work with, and always willing to help guide us through the steps of this process. Our house was finished ahead of schedule and we are so grateful to have avoided any kind of delay! Thanks, New Leaf!

All builders and service providers can talk a big game and make grand promises, but what truly matters is how they fulfill those commitments. It's not just about the seamless moments; it's about their response when challenges arise. Our experience with New Leaf has been nothing short of exceptional. From constructing our home to returning seven years later to build our pool, pool house and a new edition, New Leaf has consistently been there for us. Their team was always upfront, respectful of our timeline, and readily available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. It’s rare to find such dedication and reliability in the home building industry. If you’re looking for a builder who stands by their promises and delivers quality work, I wholeheartedly recommend New Leaf. They’ve earned our trust and gratitude over the years.

We engaged New Leaf to tear down our old house and build us a new one on the same lot.We worked with their in-house architect and designers - all of whom were great to work with - before construction and the coordination and hand-off between them and the build team was seamless. Our project manager, Reed, kept us informed about what was happening through the process and when unexpected issues came up he was quick to address and resolve them. Once construction started there were crews working six days a week with very few delays, and we just moved in less than a year after moving out of the old house. New Leaf built us a beautiful home that was exactly what we wanted, and I can recommend them without hesitation.

I have been in my New Leaf custom build for almost a month now and I am thrilled with how my home turned out. The company from start to finish did an amazing job of being organized, transparent on pricing, and incredibly efficient in designing and building my home without cutting any corners. Everyone from the business office staff, designers, and construction staff were communicative and always on top of things. My project managers Jon and Jake were an absolute pleasure to work with and felt genuinely invested in making sure my home turned out just how I pictured it. I would give these guys an extra star if I could. I would recommend building with New Leaf without any reservations and will call them first if I decide to build again in the future!
