Your construction practices is destructive to other homeowners. Last Friday I watched your contractors working in the 500 block of Copper Ridge drive equipment through a neighbor's side yard, through someone else's construction site, and through/over their barricades. After your guys were done, they put the barricade on their job site back up and left the one they ran over flattened and destroyed. This morning it is still all unrepaired. I haven't talked to that neighbor, but you can follow the tracks from the alley to your jobsite through 2 other properties.Looks like they were beginning the repairs of the sidewalk your company broke a year ago and left a broken chunk missing for unsuspecting families to trip in while walking in dusk/dawn where there's no streetlights nor a barrier set up for safety.

Had the pleasure of working with Todd and the crew on a new home in the area recently. Shaddock did a great job and delivered a fantastic home for me and my family. Great communication, skilled builders, and lots in some of the best locations around the city. Shaddock knocked it out the park on our new home. Definitely would recommend Shaddock to anyone considering new construction anywhere, but especially if you are thinking or going into an established neighborhood where you will need to remodel or demolish a home.On a personal note though not explicitly mentioned, Todd and his team are faith led folks, and its reflected in the integrity, character, and transparency you will get working on any home with their team. I can't say enough about our experience with the Shaddock team.
Shaddock Caldwell did a fantastic job building our new home. They worked hard to make sure everything was just right. They made the experience as seamless as possible by staying in constant communication through each phase. Our house was completed on schedule and within budget. We are very happy with our new home and highly recommend the Shaddock Caldwell team.
Outstanding builder. Todd and Ben were great to work with. We asked them to build a home that was more contemporary than any of their previous projects. They were impressively thorough and diligent throughout the concept and building process.Two years after the home was completed, I can say that they lived up to their word in completing everything that was promised during the 1 year warranty period. Only the best builders can claim this. They have earned their reputation, and I would choose them again if I had to choose a professional to build my home.
