Fautt Homes

Fautt Homes built a beautiful custom home for my family friends and did a spectacular job! Jeff and Shelby are always there when you need them. If you have any questions or concerns you can easily get ahold of them. I would recommend their company to anyone wanting to build their dream home!

Fautt Homes is amazing! We did lots of research before choosing Fautt -Homes - even worked with an architect on a possible remodel but it was going to cost about the same as a new home. Jeff and Shelby guided us the entire way and we have been in our home for 1.5 years now. Love it still like the 1st day we moved in! Shelby was outstanding with the design products and ensuring we got great value with our choices. They are great people who make the process fun and are easy to work with. Highest praises -- if you want a beautiful home, on time, with great style and working with great people, they are your answer!

We are so pleased that we chose Fautt Homes to build our Napa style farmhouse. Jeff and Shelby were with us every step of the way from the architectural creation, choosing of build materials, design finishes, and timeline ending with an incredibly finished home. It was so enjoyable to be a part of the selection process for the tile, paint, lighting, flooring, etc. Fautt Homes has wonderful employees and stand behind their work. Thank you to everyone at Fautt Homes for making our dreams a reality!

My wife and I purchased a home on Danville’s west side. We were going to either remodel or tear down, ended up going the brand new house route and are we glad we had Jeff and Shelby of Fautt Homes on our team. Our house was beautifully architected, of the highest quality, delivered on time and on budget. Jeff and Shelby were there every step of the way with great advice, an impeccably clean site - one of our neighbor’s commented that Fautt Homes is “zero-footprint”, on time and exactly the price they said it would be. We plan on living in this house for the rest of our lives, but if we ever build a house again, Fautt Homes will be our partner. We highly recommend Fautt Homes.

Building our Custom home in Westside Alamo was an incredible experience. I would and have recommended Fautt Homes to anyone looking to remodel, tear down or buy a lot and build. The Fautts are ethical, honest, budget-driven business people. In addition they add to our community with generosity towards schools, athletic programs and continuously helping others. My husband and I could not be happier with the quality craftsmanship of our home and feel lucky to have met amazing people along the way. Thank you Jeff and Shelby!
