This was our first time building a home and what a great experience!! The team at aspen made everything so easy! Ppl tell you how stressful it will be to build but I gotta tell ya, that was definitely not our experience! Bryan knocked it out of the park with our floor plan and the design of the front of our home. We gave a few details on how we wanted the front to look and the design he sent us was even better than what I pictured! Stephanie has such an eye for style and helped us pick everything that makes the inside feel like home! Our project manager Jason, made the whole thing seamless! Ryan windmiller has a great team! I can see why people love building with aspen! I highly recommend if you are looking to build a beautiful home:)
Purchased a villa on Creekside Lane. Our experience is not good. Paint used was low quality and smudges can’t be wiped off even though we had the main floor painted a second time, LVT floor has buckled at 3 locations. Installer said they were required to install the floor before the islands and cabinets, even though they told Aspen that was not the right sequence. So the floor doesn’t float as it’s supposed to. We have a recurring crack at one of the vaults that has been repaired once, and will be repaired again soon. Hard rains cause torrential rivers of water on two sides of our house. The grass stays wet for days. Tiling would have been the proper way to handle, and done during construction, would have been simple and inexpensive. None of the interior door frames are installed plumb and square, which allows light around each of the doors. As I’ve told the neighbors, these are spec homes and the goal is build them fast, cheap and make them look nice.
From the design phase to the end product, the entire building process was well organized, well communicated and of the highest quality. Everyone we worked with at Aspen was knowledgeable and helpful making the whole process of building our new home enjoyable. Aspen even completed our new home 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The team at Aspen made the home building experience so enjoyable. From laying out the floor plans to picking out the flooring and hardware, they made the process as seamless as possible. I liked how we knew the cost to build before the shovels hit the ground, so we didn't have any surprises along the way. The custom aspects and quality are second to none. The communities they develop are filled with amenities and are very thought out. We have enjoyed meeting our neighbors and enjoying the pool. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.
