G.A. White Homes

Our home building experience with GA White was excellent. Working with Chad and Coleman was a true pleasure. Their professionalism and creativity helped us create our dream home. We loved getting ideas from the gallery of homes on the GA White website and from seeing the model home. During the entire building process, we were pleased with how conscientious each contractor was and how clean they kept the construction site. This is not the case with other builders. We highly recommend GA White to anyone considering building a new home.

G.A. White in my opinion is one the most premiere homebuilders. The process of building with them is absolutely seamless. Chad leaves no detail unturned. His professionalism and the process of building a new home is unmatched. From start to finish it is amazing to see how our come new home came together. I love their family business dynamic too. From Gordon and Chad to Shawn and Mary Jo, they made everything about building a new home truly special. G.A. White building our home was a dream come true.

My wife and I decided to partner with the GA White crew after discussing our new construction wants with several general contractors. As this was our third new-home construction project, we knew what we wanted, and what to avoid. There are several good builders in the Dayton area, but when I discussed our needs and expectations with GA White, particularly Shawn and Chad, it was clear to me that GA White's attention to detail, customer-service, value and quality was tops. As a recently-retired engineer, I spent a lot of time on our property as our home was constructed - questioning and challenging the teams during the build. I gained a true appreciation for the craftsmanship of GA White and their subcontractors. Shawn, Coleman and especially Chad engaged us constantly with updates, and when issues arose - as they always do, their response was and continues to be consistently fantastic. In summary, you can find cheaper and faster builders out there. But if you're someone like me who demands great communication, quality, attention to detail and lasting value, you won't find a better partner than GA White. They are without a doubt the best I've worked with and I would absolutely use them again if we were to consider house #4!
