My wife and I decided to partner with the GA White crew after discussing our new construction wants with several general contractors. As this was our third new-home construction project, we knew what we wanted, and what to avoid. There are several good builders in the Dayton area, but when I discussed our needs and expectations with GA White, particularly Shawn and Chad, it was clear to me that GA White's attention to detail, customer-service, value and quality was tops. As a recently-retired engineer, I spent a lot of time on our property as our home was constructed - questioning and challenging the teams during the build. I gained a true appreciation for the craftsmanship of GA White and their subcontractors. Shawn, Coleman and especially Chad engaged us constantly with updates, and when issues arose - as they always do, their response was and continues to be consistently fantastic. In summary, you can find cheaper and faster builders out there. But if you're someone like me who demands great communication, quality, attention to detail and lasting value, you won't find a better partner than GA White. They are without a doubt the best I've worked with and I would absolutely use them again if we were to consider house #4!
