But the customer service I received from Derrick H. at Willow Hills was phenomenal. He was very personable and made sure I got exactly what I needed and wanted. I was touring other builders as well but Ryan Homes won my family over. Derrick has been very responsive even before I signed. I was always treated like a customer even when I was just looking. Ryan Homes worked with me to make sure we could get what we wanted in our price range.

I had an incredible experience working with the NVRM/Ryan Homes team for the purchase of our new construction home. From the very beginning in February through our closing in July, Mike Hegemier (our builder’s agent), Paula Gregory (loan officer), and Robert Merk (loan processor) were all fantastic. They were not only professional and responsive, but also genuinely caring and attentive to my family’s needs.

The homebuying process can be overwhelming, especially when you’re managing it from out of state, but this team made it feel seamless. They kept me informed at every step, patiently answered every question my family had, and remained flexible and supportive as I navigated some personal life transitions.

A special shoutout to Damien Mackesy, our construction project manager, who went above and beyond. He provided weekly updates, addressed all of our concerns, and ensured we felt confident in the build—despite the distance. It meant the world to me to know my family was in good hands.

The best thing about Mike is, he’s very transparent in explaining all the details and showed us all the possible options in selection of lot. He always responded quickly to any questions I had, making the entire experience smooth and stress free. I really appreciate his patience and dedication, I highly recommend him.
Coming to Ryan Homes willow hills, we felt it’s a good community to be part of, mainly after seeing phase I and Phase II houses. We were late in the game to buy one in phase II but finally we were able to buy in phase lll…..
