In November of 2016 my wife and I decided it might be time to move from a tight townhouse space into a new house and we began to check out the local inventory. One day near the end of that month I stumbled upon a listing on Zillow. There were multiple photos of an incrediblelooking home situated right on Lake Ida in Delray Beach. The next day I visited the site and my first impression was a sense that this would be our new home. There was no need to look further.Azure Development had just finished building this amazing structure with a breathtaking view where I could witness a breathtaking sunset every day. We closed on the property within ten days and have never had any regrets. The quality of the construction and the high level of design are top notch. The support from Azure since the beginning has also been exemplary. Brian Grossberg worked very closely with me to ensure a smooth experience in the purchase stage. Construction manager Nick Bieber introduced himself and has consistently been available to this day almost five years later to help with any issues. For instance we had a problem with a hurricane window cracking. It was maybe one month beyond the manufacturer's warranty window. Nick made sure the repair was covered in full. Another relatively minor issue developed with the grout on the upstairs balconies. Instead of just putting a few patches on the problem, Nick followed through with sending his team to completely re tile and regrout the entire balcony. This type of long term commitment is unheard of in these times. If ever a question or problem arises I can email Brian or Nick and they have always responded very rapidly.We were fortunate to have found such an amazing development company as Azure and our find was entirely random. If you are looking for a new home I would highly recommend starting from the beginning with this terrific organization.

We spent years planning the construction of our Florida home, and selected AZURE Development after careful review of the leading developers in the area. AZURE is a highly disciplined and experienced firm, with construction quality and project management standards that rise above others. We valued their discerning budget management and value engineering insights, especially in the context of rising material costs & supply chain disruptions. The daily on-site management was excellent. The back office is responsive and highly capable, which is a distinctive strength. If you look at AZURE construction projects, and compare them to others, few meet the same quality standard.
About a year ago we began the building process with Azure and we just recently moved in. After owning 8 houses, including 2 custom built ones, we came in with high standards. Azure did not disappoint. In fact, they exceeded our expectations in all aspects including the exceptional quality of their work, their responsiveness, and overall willingness to ensure we were happy throughout the building process, the final result and after service. Azure’s entire team from the top down have been both knowledgable and a complete joy to work with. In March of 2018, we signed a contract with Azure to build a townhouse for us. They promised it would be finished before the end of the calendar year. We closed the third week of December - right on time. Our townhouse is beautiful. All high end appliances. Stunning wood floors.Beautiful trim, ceiling and interior doors .Hurricane and wind proof exterior floor to ceiling windows and doors. Top quality tiles in all bathrooms. Lush landscaping that makes one feel they are in a tropical paradise. Everyone I dealt with from Azure was professional, courteous and highly skilled in their field. There were a few small issues that came up after the closing. Azure was always a short phone call away - addressing all issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Azure to all my family and friends. Azure is high quality luxury building at it's best.
