The Bali Brothers made the transition into our new home a seamless move. We needed support on a few details that we wanted to address prior to moving in and the team executed the suggestions from our home inspection flawlessly.All the questions that we had with regards to methodology and how best to approach certain procedures was handled with care and detail. They reviewed and walked through the building noting any deficiency and having it corrected before our deficiency walkthrough. They also communicated well with the neighbours as we had a few access issues to the back of the property where the secondary suite was being built. Lastly, they did a great job in ensuring the home business could continue during construction, working within the constraints and limitations that related to that and still getting the project completed within the projected timeline.We also felt that the quality of workmanship and quality of goods used in the build were top-notch. We are very happy with the end product.Specifics:Bali Brothers Construction Ltd. built a one-level 3 bedroom 2 bathroom legal secondary suite attached to the principal residence. The principal residence is owned by my in-laws and we live in the secondary suite. It was our effort to be able to live comfortably and within our means in the lower mainland. This is our second experience with Bali Brothers Construction and once again they exceeded our expectations. We designed a landscape project and our yard came out exactly as we planned. Their quote was a little higher than the other two but it was so detailed that we knew that the project would be done the way we wanted. There were no upcharges and the quality of work was brilliant. The brothers came out to inspect the workmanship repeatedly and the project was done in a timely manner.We look forward to working with them again on a few indoor projects next.Check out the before and after photos.
