Colton, the builder, and Theresa, new home sales manager, are two of the best in the business without a doubt!! I'm a realtor and work with new homes often, but these two went out of their way to make everything work wonderfully. I would absolutely love to work with both of them again and again. Beazer is lucky to have them. The home is so well put together too even the inspector was very impressed.

I have seen snake two times in our neighborhood when I went for walk during my short residency here. We have a lots of kids around since school is close by. I know HOA probably is not responsible for wildlife, but they should have think of sth. This is while my home is across model home which means anywhere around construction is completed and there is not much vacant land.

Homes are well designed. Beautifully staged. Spacious living. They are a bit out of the way; but, the privacy factor is worth the drive.
