Terrible experience! We wanted to take a look at the homes available but was rushed from the start , as first time home buyers we want to ask questions and make the right decision not get objections and feel the pressure that we are not able to purchase, never judge a book by it's cover! Words cannot describe the feeling really! I want to say we ended up purchasing a home with Centex not only did we get our questions answered but we got a folder to take home explaning the home details, price and fees included in the package. That's how it should be not "Go online to get more info, everything is online" felt like a fast food experience!
From the moment we first drove into the development for a look we had a good feeling. The good vibes just kept on coming. John Lytle, our New Home Consultant was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He made sure we understood all the points in the contract. He helped us find the model we were looking at in another community that was already built out. He showed us homes with the different brick/trim options so we could know we were making the right decision. If there was ever a question about anything, John always went above and beyond the call of duty to get us answers. We were always treated with respect and understanding. We didn't meet Cameron until further into the process but he, too was accommodating and informative; a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled and can't wait to call Kings Way, home. Thank you!
