Haley Custom Homes

We work with a lot of custom home builders through our Dumpster Rental Denver operations, and Haley Custom Homes has been a pleasure to work with on their projects. Their team is organized, communicates clearly, and runs clean, well-managed job sites, which makes coordinating dumpster deliveries and pickups straightforward for our team at Dumpster Dogs. When schedules are tight and projects are moving, that level of organization makes a real difference. Haley Custom Homes is a professional builder we’re always happy to support, and we appreciate the opportunity to work alongside their team.

We recently worked with Haley Custom Homes to renovate our family home, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The entire team, specifically Dan, Michael, and Matt, as well as all the subcontractors, were professional, friendly, and always kept us updated on progress. They transformed our kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces, courtyard, and shoe closet beautifully- everything looks modern, bright and exceeded our expectations. The quality of their work really shows, and they finished the project on time and within budget. All workers were a joy to be around and kept things clean, which made the whole process much less stressful. We're so happy with the results and would 100% recommend Haley Custom Homes to anyone looking for reliable, skilled professionals.

I could not say enough good things about working with Haley Custom Homes. From the very beginning they have made the process of building our custom home an enjoyable one. It is not very often you build a home and stay on schedule from day one. Dan told us 14 months our home would be done and he did not disappoint. His team went above and beyond for us and delt with any hiccups fast and with ease. Working with Matt and Michael was the most amazing experience. Their communication, responsiveness, professional and attention to detail truly can’t be matched. Haley Custom Homes has built us our absolute dream home and for that we are forever grateful. We feel lucky to call the whole team friends now. - Melissa Landeskog

We have worked with Dan and the team at Haley for many years and have consistently found them to be one of the most professional, trustworthy, and highest quality builders in Colorado. As an owner of Harrison Home Systems, a luxury smart-home technology company, our builder partners are our most critical partner to our success, and the team at Haley has been consistently great to work with on every project to date. They are an exceptionally process-driven organization that works with the top artisan craftsmen in the area and their entire team has been expert in all that they do, at all levels of company.

My wife and I recently completed our new home in suburban Denver. After interviewing many builders, we selected Dan and his company due to their reputation for fine craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a long history of completing projects on time and on budget. Our home construction project began just before the pandemic, and Dan's construction methods and strong vendor relationships allowed for the job to be delivered on the original delivery date (no small feat in the ensuing supply chain crisis). During the process, Dan and his team were extremely easy to work with and we valued their focus on our project. I would highly recommend Haley Custom Homes and their innovative construction process -- they don't just build houses, they create magnificent homes.
