K & V Homes

Thank you K&V for building a wonderful home. We are loving our home and all of it’s finishes. Our home with built with care and quality. Building with K&V (we worked with Dean) was a smooth and efficient process. An added bonus was that K&V partnered with a design firm (Design2Build) to help us with our house selections and that process was seamless, effective and resulted in amazing finishes. Additionally, the house was completed ahead of schedule, which allowed us to move in sooner than expected. The project stayed within the agreed-upon budget, thanks to transparency and management of any changes or upgrades. We would build again with K&V Builders. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to delivering a high-quality product made the entire process easy.

We are very happy with our decision to use K&V to build our home. As we were new to the building process, Colin exercised great patience assisting us with the house design and in taking extra time to explain details of the construction process. The subcontractors that K&V use have been partners with K&V for a long time and have a commitment to quality and customer service. This makes them a perfect fit for K&V Homes. Colin was very attentive during the building process and ensured the final product was of the highest quality. We built when COVID was causing supply chain issues and Colin did a great job informing us early on when to make decisions to keep the project on track. During the process Colin was a great communicator, keeping us informed as to status. We are particularly impressed with the speed with which Colin returned phone calls and texts. This is evidence of Colin’s commitment to customer service. Importantly, Colin has earned our trust as he is a man with great integrity. He makes certain that things are done right and that his promises are fulfilled. We will use K&V Homes again if we have another building project!

Having built twice now, K&V was what we were looking for this time around. They have the process down- from designing the floor plan around your life to letting you know where you are on budget every step of the way, to following up with quality work. The contractors they work with have been great both during and after the build. They really put quality materials and they include things base line with their bid that makes the house more enjoyable to live in. We are incredibly happy with our home.
