Origin Homes

We had the most amazing home building experience with all of the members of the Origin team! They were definitely customer focused, speedy and aiming to please from start to finish. We recommend calling them with your home building project! You will NOT be disappointed!

We absolutely loved working with Origin Homes! Matt, Karli and Travis were super to work with from the first phone call to move- in day to today, only 5 months later. They took our vision and made it a reality. We used the interactive online plans and when we couldn't find the exact fit for us between the interior and exterior, they told us that was no problem and customized it to the beautiful home we have today. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Our calls/texts/emails were quickly answered. They understood our budget and worked with us to get what we wanted and stay in budget. One of the highlights was going to the design center and picking out the finishes. There were so many choices and we easily found what we were looking for. We know we wouldn't have our beautiful home today if it weren't for Origin Homes coming to our small town and building on the land we had owned and wanted to build on for 5 years. We highly recommend you call Origin Homes and get started on your new home today!

The Professionals at Origin Homes are fantastic to work with! They listen to your needs and create plans to meet those needs. They are patient with you making decisions throughout the process. The plans are created to give you the most within your budget. We have loved working with them on our new home!

Matt and his team have made the home building process extremely easy and enjoyable. From the start their interactive blueprints on the website, made it easy to see possible plan alternatives which I found very unique and helpful to see what possible. I had never built on a rural lot before, it blew my mind all the things that go into that process to insure it’s ready for Matt and his team. The Origin team made that process very easy. You really tell the Origin team is very knowledgeable and truly cares about their customers experience during the home building process.

I’ve known Matt and the quality of his work well before the creation of Origin Homes. He’s a kind, generous man with a strong work ethic who puts himself in your position as he works with you. Matt’s attention to detail is well honed through his years of experience building custom homes. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him on several projects of my own and on more than one occasion, he’s pointed out things I needed to consider that weren’t even on my radar. If you’re building a home and want an advocate who has your interests at heart, I highly recommend Matt and his team at Origin Homes.
