My husband and I build our house with Teal Creek back in 2018, sorry it’s taken me so long to write a review! These guys are more than worthy of a 5 star review. First off my husband being a very meticulous carpenter was not an easy job for any builder but Jim and Julie went above and beyond to make sure all of his needs were met when building. Communication was very easy with them and were incredibly timely in responding to any questions or concerns we had along the way.Julie and her design team were amazing she has a great vision when working in custom homes and does such a nice job of bring your dream to life!I loved all the companies we worked with along the way!We would still be living there if it wasn’t for an out of state move!I would highly encourage anyone who is thinking of building with them to do it, you won’t regret it!They build a beautiful WELL made quality home!Emily

Julie and Jim build some of the most beautiful homes. Both do a great job with the building process and working through the extensive process of building a home. Teal Creek goes above and beyond making sure even the little details are not missed to make sure you have the best possible experience. Jim and Julie are not your typical builders as they are truly involved with each home and focus on quality not quantity. Overall they are professional, knowledgeable, great communication, attentive to our questions and concerns, flexible, fair, and genuinely good people. We would recommend them to friends and colleagues without hesitation.
