Lane Myers Construction is amazing! The way they do business left a memorable and positive impression on me. They worked with us on a large and historic property. They helped us navigate messy lot lines measured in rods and chains from the early 1800’s, encroachments, water rights, water table concerns, demolition of two homes, pool, septic, many large trees and more. They were very responsive and always delightful to work with. Always on time and kept a clean lot. They were extremely helpful and patient through the design phase, had many great contacts, and were always interested in and happy to meet with individuals in the antique, historic and restoration field I had requested. They were fantastic with our neighbors. They were fair and transparent in their billing. We ended up not building on this site due to other opportunities, but Lane Myers was our choice for the entire build hands down! They build beautiful homes! I recommend you check them out!
