Extremely professional, thorough and highly communicative. We love our new home, thanks to Shayna. Great quality construction and design. Attention to detail. Post closing we have worked with Sego’s home building supervisor, Brady, who has been eager to please, great to deal with and highly responsive. I don’t typically write reviews, but my experience with Sego Homes was so incredible that I felt compelled to share my new buyer journey. Finding this community in Farmington was truly a godsend. We knew we wanted to settle in this town, but we also wanted something new. Many new builds aren’t very customizable…or only to a small extent; but with Sego, we were able to upgrade and personalize every feature of our home from an amazing range of options. We’re talking built in wall oven, LVP flooring throughout the entire home, Calcutta marble countertops, you name it.

Our house feels like something out of a magazine, it doesn’t even seem real! I specifically wanted an end unit for the natural light and Mountain View’s, and somehow, we ended up with the best possible unit. I have to personally thank the amazing Natalie Thompson who was such a joy to work with. She went above and beyond to answer every question and was instrumental in helping us secure our dream home. I truly feel I was meant to meet her, and that this home was waiting for us all along.

We’ve been here about almost two months now, and I still find myself pinching myself daily. We moved from a charming old historic home that had a lot of problems; constant maintenance, old floors, no AC, and I wanted to go in a completely new direction. I never thought I’d buy a modern townhome, but these feel very different. The windows are HUGE and panoramic; the layout feels more like a New York brownstone (we have “The Major League” floor plan with the finished basement).

Another person I have to mention is Chace, the project manager. He works tirelessly to make sure every detail is perfect. I had a special request about a ceiling fan, and he personally made sure it was done exactly how I wanted. It’s the little things like that- attention to detail, genuine care, that make such a difference. He was just awesome.

From everything I’ve seen and heard, Sego is a wonderful company that truly cares about both its employees and its buyers. I’m living one of the dreams I once prayed for, and I’m endlessly grateful. Thank you Sego, especially Natalie and Chace for helping make this home perfect. My son will have a life here I once only hoped for, and that means the world to me.

I lastly want to mention the location is incredible. We have horses, 12 Shetland ponies across the street, insanely beautiful sunsets, a brand new state of the art park across the way also! The Mountain View cannot be beat!!
