America's Home Place - Sunbury, OH

We had a great experience building our home with America’s Home Place. From the very beginning, the entire process was made easy and enjoyable thanks to the incredible team we worked with. Greg helped make everything possible right from the start and guided us through those early steps with clarity and confidence. Betsy was amazing on the financial side she was knowledgeable, patient, and made the money portion of the process much less stressful. Nick was outstanding as our contractor. He was dependable, easy to communicate with, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. We always felt informed and taken care of throughout the build. This home means so much to us as our family continues to grow, and we’re incredibly grateful to have a place where we can make memories for years to come. We absolutely love our new home and would highly recommend America’s Home Place to anyone looking to build.

We just finished building with America’s Home Place and we could not be more proud of our new forever home. AHP takes pride in their work from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was beyond helpful and extremely kind. We worked with Nick and he did an amazing job as our project manager. He was so easy to talk to and ensured we were involved every step of the way. We also truly appreciate the dedication to us and our home, as our build was on the farthest edge of their service area and we know it made for some long trips and late evenings. It was such an enjoyable process and Nick worked very hard to make everything run smoothly. We absolutely love our new home and we highly recommend going with AHP for your next home builder.

Our family had an AMAZING experience with America's Home Place! Our experience began the first time we stepped into the model houses to the very last closing. Everyone was very friendly and there to help no matter what. They took their work seriously and did every single step the right way. They communicated with us through every step and answered every question we had along the way. Grant was our project manager and we knew we could always count on him. We can't say enough positive comments about our relationship with him during this process. We are more than happy with our wonderful home & we can't thank America's Home Place enough!

AHP has been great to my wife and I since day 1! Greg was fantastic with helping us work through details of our dream home. Grant was super helpful at the final review meeting going through every detail and ensuring that we knew exactly what to expect. We can’t say enough about how understanding and helpful Mason has been as the Project Manager. This was his first project with AHP and he has been fantastic. He is constantly updating us on schedule and has been completely transparent on any problems that come up. He has gone the extra mile on several occasions to make sure we get a good quality end product. He has even taken matters into his own hands to keep the project on or ahead of schedule.

We just built our forever home in Sunbury Ohio and Americas Home Place did an Amazing job! We were informed of every step and from start to move in was 4 months! We were amazed and couldn’t have asked for a better team! John, Greg, Grant and Betsy were informative, helpful and a pleasure to work with. We searched many builders, read reviews and chose AHP for the quality of their home. We are pleased to say the least!
