We are in love with our home—thank you, P&D! Building a custom home is a massive undertaking, but working with P&D Builders was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The journey started with Dan in the design center, whose patience and vision helped turn our rough ideas into a beautiful, functional plan. Darin then helped us refine that vision, guiding us through the details and encouraging thoughtful decisions that perfected the layout. When it came to the business side, Mac provided a level of transparency we rarely see, ensuring we understood every cost and contract detail. As we moved into the build, Erica became our anchor rock, offering constant support and responsiveness. Our Project Manager from P&D, Andy and Sam, were simply outstanding—professional, detail-oriented, and truly dedicated to craftsmanship & eye for perfection. We also have to mention the "dynamic duo," Heather (Office Admin) and Becky (Finance). These two amazing souls were the glue that held the entire process together. They brought passion, compassion, and experience to the table, "holding our hands" when things felt overwhelming and ensuring we never felt lost. From the incredible vendors to the core team, everyone at P&D made us feel prioritized. Thank you for making our dream home a reality!

Recently, I just had my 1 year service on my newly built P&D home. P&D comes back around the 11th month after being given a list of needed settling repairs from the owner. I had the standard settling trim pops that occur, door adjustments, and other things. They came in and fixed everything on my list and a few things they noticed too. The house is perfection now and I will make every effort to keep it that way and respect their handiwork. Of course, P&D comes and fixes things early as well during the year, but they have to wait for the house to settle to do the final touch up. Chris is in charge of this final work. I will give Chris an A++ for repairing everything. Many thanks to Chris, the paint crew, and the custom wood workers, and anyone who I forgot who did this excellent final work.

I just built my new home with P&D Builders and I truly could not be happier! They came highly recommended by my realtor, who had her home built by them years ago. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The quality of construction is top-notch, but it’s the people that truly set P&D apart. Adam Langley helped design my home from the ground up, creating a floor plan that had everything I wanted, staying within budget. Adam’s your guy! Heather and Becky were fantastic with the finance side and helped with any changes I made along the way. Andy and Sam, my project managers, were an absolute dream to work with. Super communicative, honest, friendly, and just on top of everything. P&Ds carpenter does incredible work, and the team at Michael David Interiors made choosing all the interior and exterior finishes such a fun and easy process. To anyone looking to build a new home, I can’t recommend P&D enough! Trust the process, trust the team, and you’ll end up with a home you love.

We really enjoyed working with P&D to build and design our home! We just moved in this weekend and it’s a dream! Everyone on the team- Adam, Heather, Andy & Sam were personable and friendly! We enjoyed working with all of their contracted vendors as well. The process was overall seamless and we have a beautiful new home that our family will always cherish! And what sets them apart is that the staff really helped us feel like they were building a home for OUR family and not just making a ton of money and shortcutting things. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with P&D Builders! We moved into our beautiful new home in December 2022. From the initial design phase to the final touches, they guided us through every step of building our dream ranch home in Evans Farm.
