BuildSense

Our design and build experience with BuildSense was fabulous. First, they resolved a zoning hurdle that no one else could figure out. Then, after a fun brainstorming period with us, the talented architects designed a stunning pool house and connected equipment building. Finally, despite difficult terrain, the excellent building crew and theirs subs constructed an exceptionally beautiful and functional pool house with a kitchen and grill, gas fireplace, bathroom, sauna and cold plunge, and pump room for the pool and spa. BuildSense also completely renovated our driveway and designed it to be both great looking and well prepared for heavy rain. We have enormous respect and appreciation for every BuildSense member who worked on our complex project. BuildSense is a delightfully skilled and talented group.

We selected BuildSense for an extensive renovation of our nearly 100 year old home which included installing an elevator and other significant internal changes.

They came highly recommended and our architects, with whom we have an excellent relationship, believed they were the right group with experienced management and staff to take on this challenging task. BuildSense did not disappoint – the final result exceeded our expectations.

BuildSense provided a thorough approach to the project which included start to finish oversight by senior management and on site project management – they were always available and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort levels and satisfaction with the process. We were constantly informed of progress and unexpected issues, that often occur with restoration, and guided us through possible solutions. This constant communication and transparency was of utmost importance as we were living remotely and relied on our architects and BuildSense to complete the project on time, within budget and with no compromise on quality. Their choice of subcontractors across the board was excellent and reflected in the quality of the end product – many of which we will continue to use for ongoing maintenance.

We used BuildSense for a large home renovation. The group is very organized with excellent communication. I never once felt that corners were cut or quality was sacrificed.
