Effect Home Builders Ltd

We had a custom home build done by Effect Home Builds 14 years ago. It was a pleasure working with them on the build. At a recent solar echo tour of another house they built on our block I chatted with them about how the house was holding up and mentioned the steps were beginning to settle a bit which was affecting the eavestroughs. Much to my surprise ,as the warrarnty had expired, a representative showed up a few weeks later to look at it. They later fixed the issue at no cost to me. It was a great choice to have them build our house.

I’ve had the opportunity to get to know the Effect Homes team over the last few years, and they are an outstanding group of people. Professional, organized, and genuinely great to work with. It’s clear they care deeply about what they do and the people they work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Any time we have worked on an Effect Home we are impressed with the quality of the build and their cooperative approach with trades. In our business we deal with customers at the end stages of their build process and we inevitably hear all about the their experience. With any of our Effect Home Builder clients the feedback is always overwhelmingly positive. I have only good things to say about the Effect Team and their process. Wow! The whole process with the Effect team has been wonderful from the start. The team poured their heart and soul into our project. Over our three year build they minimize hiccups and blew our expectations coming in under budget and on schedule. Les, Dom, and the crew should be proud of the build quality they produce.

We’ve been in our wonderful home for about 18 months now. Effect Homes have done a truly incredible job building our very unique home. They were involved with our architects from day one to make the vision come alive. The work was professional and meticulous at every step. The quality is second to none. I can’t say enough about the integrity and commitment of everyone involved, from the owners of the company to everyone that set foot in our home from beginning to end. Effect truly cares about their work. The house is magnificent! And probably one of the most energy efficient in Edmonton.
