Launch Homes

We had an excellent experience with Launch and are extremely happy with the final result. Kris, the owner, was outstanding—very hands-on, detail-oriented, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful when it came to making decisions and always quick to get back to us, which made everything run smoothly. Joni, the interior designer and client liaison, was fantastic and a huge help in guiding us through design choices and pulling everything together. Dylan, the site superintendent, was also great—knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help. Even after moving in, the experience has remained positive. The after-sales care team has been excellent, especially Ben, who has been very accessible and responsive with any questions we’ve had. What really sets this builder apart is the combination of build quality and speed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well-built home and a great overall experience.

Building with Launch was a great experience, communication and transparency was next to none. We were still able to spend our time down south as snowbirds and still meet the date of possession earlier than promised. House was built under budget and extremely happy with the final result of a beautiful old world organic designed home like we envisioned. Kris and the team were always available to discuss and meet our expectations. Love our Launch built home. Thank you from the Krentz’s

?????????? We spent a ton of time researching builders and, looking back, we 100% made the right call with Launch Homes. Here’s why they stood out: 1. People you can trust. Kris and the Launch team genuinely care about the homeowner experience. Kris is straightforward and builds trust from day one. It always felt like the priority was delivering the home we wanted—not squeezing the job. 2. Architectural & design know-how. Our home is absolutely beautiful—cutting-edge and complex—with an amazing interior design. Launch helped shape it end-to-end, from elevations to finishes. We couldn’t have done it without Launch. 3. Quality in the details. They use smart methods like prefabricated framing (ACQBuilt) and sweat the small stuff most builders miss—think Wireless lighting, best-in-class smart-home tech, and upgraded plumbing and electrical systems. Those details add up to a tighter, better build. 4. Fixed-fee pricing = real cost certainty. From day one we knew where we’d land. If we wanted to splurge on a light fixture, that was our choice—not a builder upcharge. And when we changed our minds on a few things (it happens!), they were flexible and focused on getting it right, not nickel-and-diming us. 5. Buying power & top trades. Launch does more volume than small shops, which means sharper subcontractor pricing and better crews. I’m convinced we would’ve spent minimum ~15% more with a smaller builder that doesn’t have that leverage. 6. Efficient scheduling = real savings. Our home is complex, and they still moved quickly and efficiently, which saved us on financing carry. Bottom line: We’re thrilled with both the journey and the result. If we ever build again, Launch Homes will be our first call. Thanks, Kris & team! ??

We just moved into our new custom home built by Launch Homes. From the first time we met Kris, his enthusiasm and passion for building homes that people will love was apparent. The process was well laid out and communication was easy. The whole team works so well together. Kris provided versatile and innovative house design guidance. Our designer Jillian was very patient as she helped us to navigate through all of the interior choices we needed to make. Nathan, our site supervisor, was always available and ready to answer our many questions and accommodate our requests. Iris & Jade provided regular quotes and budget updates for us and Ryan continues to provides fantastic post move in service. In addition, the many vendors that work with Launch were also impressive. Building with Launch Homes was an exciting and seamless endeavour! Our home is well built, beautiful and perfect for us. We highly recommend Launch Homes to anyone looking to build the home of their dreams.
