These guys are the worst. They are the biggest hacks I’ve ever seen. You will have problems with your house I promise you. And when you do they will either not come out and ignore you or will send a guy that has no idea how to tie their shoelaces. The guy named ed it’s the biggest flake he had bailed and won’t return emails or phone . He should be fired.

If you saw this company at the Del Mar fair please read. You know how most of the booths at the fair are rigged in one day or another. Well that's correct, this one is also a big scam. They are very nice to you directly and quick to take your $1,000 deposit, but they never actually intend to do any kind of work for you. I wasted two years of my life learning this and trying to make the dream this company sold me happen. We went into escrow on 3 different properties and miraculously Ed would totally disappear once escrow opened. He would Ignore every call and text for about 3 weeks until we would only have 1 week left and no choice but to pull out because nothing was even close to being prepared. Both the lender and real estate agent were completely baffled at the lack of communication. After multiple attempts at trying to make this happen and to not waste my $1000 deposit, I finally realized Ed never intended to do work for us at all and this was all just a big scam. The fair is his net to catch young anxious naive couples trying to make it in this county. Unfortunately for me I was qualified for a very nice stick built house for my wife and 3 kids before I ran into Eds booth at the fair. After hundreds of empty promises from Ed, and 2 years of being led on a wild goose chase, all the houses I could previously afford went up about 200k and I can no longer afford it. I've lost countless nights of sleep and my financial life is now absolute hell. Ed single handedly turned my life totally upside down and completely screwed me over. I am a very honest person and not the kind to leave someone negative remarks. But I just can't allow other young couples to be taken advantage of. My experience needs to be shared. Please don't let this happen to you!
