We popped in to look around. I was impressed with the very low key contact that was helpful and friendly, no pressure at all!We saw a couple of units that looked pretty good and quit livable. This is a one stop process that once you decide on which of several models you choose from, you begin to help design the layout you need and then the interior colors, counters and cabinets.The model we looked at has a full kitchen with an island, full size refrigerator, gas oven (electric if you want) full size washer and dryer in it’s own room.Once inside, you can’t tell you are in a manufactured home. They can make it all electric if you want and can also be solar ready as well.Our model we looked at was about $140,000. There will be site fees for grading and all of the permits that will be needed as well.Once you have your first site inspection by the contractor to preview your site, you will have a very close idea of your final costs.If you are thinking about a a new home or a really nice ADU, then check these guys out..
