We set out to have an ADU built in our backyard and like most of us didn't really know where to start. We met with So Cal at one of the home shows and instantly felt comfortable from their upfront pricing to their honesty.Everything from the planning design process all the way up to the build was such an amazing experience. If there were any issues along the way the team there was upfront and transparent and had a solution. They actually completed our ADU sooner that we were expecting which was a huge bonus. I cannot recommend them enough.
So cal design build recently redid all my flooring throughout my house, and let me just tell you I am above satisfied! We hired David and his team to completely remodel our house. From our initial meeting, through the demolition, and through the complete rebuilding of the house interior, we felt that everyone working on our house was very professional and did great work. We were able to communicate with them during the entire process so we always knew what was happening with the project. We have been back in our home for a little over a month now, and we love everything that they did including the new flooring, paint, enlarged and fully remodeled bathrooms, and our brand new kitchen, and new closets. So Cal Design also stuccoed the exterior of the house too and it looks great. I highly recommend them.
