Nice 2 story homes in El Dorado Hills. I prefer the communities in the Blackstone community in EDH, but these are quite good, and somewhat more affordable. There are no single story plans available, though, and the development is limited to about 50 homes total, and many have been sold, so if you're looking in this area, be sure to have a look at it soon.
Priced on the higher side and that doesn't include all the upgrades or any money-saving efficient feature like tank less water heaters or solar panels
