Poorly designed community with no regard to privacy and functional use. Almost entirely 2 story homes, crowded w/ lack of privacy. In today's world of evil stuff that are done to children, privacy = safety. It should be illegal to build in such an unsafe manner. You don't want kids exposed to predators. communities here esp. toll brothers don't want to reduce price or negotiate and still dreaming like its 2022 peak and zero fed rates. They publish $50k-100k in incentives but when i ask about it then they say its all included in the listed prices which has been same for last 6 months! want to sell? come back to reality with realistic prices
