Of all the builders we saw in El Paso, BIC completely blew us away. From the spacious open kitchen to the insulated garage with epoxy flooring finished, every detail put into the home is functional and appealing to the eye. Javier and Avi Soto ensured every little detail was perfect before handing over our new home to us. Highly recommend this builder and the team behind them. This is our second time buying a home and it was so much more smoother with better incentives to buy new!
The house we bought is pretty good overall but the cleanliness of how we received the home is just not right, I’ve been in my home cleaning the backyard for about 4 days and there is still tile coming up, shingles, broken glass, crushed cans, wiring, dry wall, so on and so forth. Even in the master bathroom, I was hopping in the shower and I stepped on a screw and found a broken screw on the floor as well.Update: BIC contacted my wife as well as myself offering to fix up the back yard which is awesome! They offered to fix this gate that had broke, as well as repair the rock wall that we received broken, even offered to patch up some damages on the drywalls! They did a relatively awesome job with the gates / welding!! The wall repairs looked amazing as well! The backyard was most definitely cleaned a lot more than before, like wayyyy more than before, unfortunately I’m still having the same problems of finding big pieces of glass / metal and was told “Well we have no control over that, we can’t take out alll the stuff in the dirt. This is normal we can’t control that” They also left some of the trash after welding our gates again which is again unfortunate. To top it all off my M12v Milwaukee battery went missing!!! I was told how it’s “weird” that we have so many issues with the house and that my battery “went missing” Unfortunately the main issue was never properly addressed, which was to have a safe space for my dogs, my family and of course myself. I did get some gift cards for the initial inconvenience at a grand total of $100 worth of gift cards. After the first 3 photos the updated photos are posted.
I just purchased and closed on my new BIC Home this past Wednesday, September 24th, 2025, all the BIC employees are amazing from the Builder to the Construction crew, 100% dedication. I am a. Veteran and used my VA loan and Sam walked me through the home and share about BIC and acknowledged my daughter and I first not the home, he catered to our needs. Asked want my daughter and I wanted in our home. He didn’t try to just sell me a home they built, he took the time to ask. That is why I would definitely tell everyone that is looking to purchase a home to check out BIC Homes. From my realtor, to my Lender, and to BIC Homes it was a very smooth transaction for this being my 1st home purchase. BIC HOMES THANK YOU TRULY FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART AND MY DAUGHTERS. My husband and I just moved in into our BIC Homes house and we love everything about it. We loved being part of the process and being able to select everything. We purchased the Manhattan Model, it has so many features that we couldn’t be more happy. The finished product surpassed our expectations. The staff at BIC Homes were great through the entire process. We are so happy with our decision to purchase a home from BIC’s!
