We got a home done from him a few years ago. We felt he cut alot of corners to save his cost and passed on alot of unjustified cost to us to make more money. I would not trust him. He gives an allowance but slowly creeps up alot of add-on cost without actually showing his invoices. Some of his construction defects are starting to show up now.Simple as another cookie cutter builder. rude guy when u start questioning him on stuff because he cant justify.if you do plan to get work done, make sure:1. get his invoices2. he uses the most expensive companies/vendors/suppliers to rack up his profits for kick-backs3. His HVAC vendor is a rip-off and trying to sell u additional stuff4. check all ur quality

We bought a new construction home in central NJ in early 2022 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They are professional, extremely responsive, and pursue quality. We were previously engaged with a different contractor on another property who never responded to our questions and tried to take advantage of us, so we were surprised by what a pleasant experience to work with Gulberg Builders. We were able to close as scheduled, and even after we had some minor issues once moved in, they quickly reached out to the respective subcontractors to address the issues. It’s been about a year since we bought this house and it was the best decision we’ve made. I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to do so to help others, as buying a home is a process and you need a great partner.
We were very happy to use Gulberg builder to build a new construction. They have finished on time with open communication and professionalism. They provided great value to coordinate the multiple contractors to complete our project on time. The office helps with many other aspects of building a home above and beyond. We are grateful for their expertise and time!
Great people to work with and they respond to all your questions politely and promptly. I recently used Gulberg Builders to buy a new construction house which was built after completely demolishing old house in Metuchen NJ. I was just blown away by the attention to details (pictures attached for their craftmanship). This Builder definitely takes pride for his work and use very high quality products and you can see it. They are very easy to work with and try every effort to accommodate your last minute changes.The only challenge throughout the house buying process was I had about a week delay for the closing date which is quite common for a new house as the delay was done from the township which was not all their fault.Overall, with minor hiccups, I had a great experience with the builder, and am loving my new house. Have been getting good complements from my friends and family!
