We hired pro remodeling to do a complete knock down and rebuild of our home. Ricardo was by far the fastest and the most professional from the get go. While other contractors took weeks to give us a quote, Ricardo got it done in a week.He was very knowledgeable and professional during the entire length of the construction. He kept us aware of any unforeseen situations and accommodated all the requests that we had that were not necessarily in the original plans. He also gave us precious advice to help us get as close as possible to our dream home.We enjoyed working with him and his team. They are the best. They work hard and put a lot of efforts to deliver great craftsmanship. We developed an excellent relationship with all of them as they were striving to meet our demands. Juan and Marcelo to name a few were truly dedicated and always available to listen to us.Building a house is a long and stressful process but they made it easy and even though there isn’t a perfect contractor, Pro Remodeling got us as close as possible to a perfect house.
I hired this company for the construction of my house, and I don't regret it. He was very nice and very professional from start to finish, the work was what we expected the finish was beautiful and clean. We had house fire in September, it was really sad , we were relocated to a townhouse smile away from my house. Everyday I passed by my house , but for unknown reason I rerouted my way and I saw this house being renovated . I took picture of the construction placard and the same day I called and Ricardo answered my inquiries. He’s very professional and his crew are very efficient, they work so hard and even on weekend. The work from demolitions started only from 4th of January and so much already have done.I’ll keep updates of the projects and performance.My husband and I am happy and satisfied with him and the crew to this point.NCP
Ricardo and his team are wonderful. He performed an entire home remodel for us in less than 2 months our entire home had been refinished. His tile work was immaculate and the attention to detail from everyone from his team was excellent. He installed our new kitchen after seeing how well and quickly he did it we were quick to add to the list, to do the wood floors all over, as well as many other items. All together very happy with the quality and speed of his work as well as his responsiveness. They earned a 5/5! Great work!
Ricardo, the owner of this company, was reviewed on Angie’s list and that is why I called him. He did come out to look at the work we needed done on a Monday and seemed very personable and professional. However, he did mention that he thought the job would be more extensive and said he would get back to us with an estimate that evening. When I didn’t hear from him I texted him the next day and he said he would get back to me ASAP. On Wednesday evening he texted a price for labor and materials, to which I immediately responded asking when he could come with a work order and asking how soon he could start. I didn’t hear from him so on Friday I texted him asking him to call me. Got no call back, no text back, and this past Monday my husband left a voice mail to which he has not responded.The courteous and professional thing to do if he did not want to do this job would have been to call and say just that. I would not recommend this company.
