This was our first time having a house built. There was a lot of apprehension, as we have heard horror stories. America's Home Place made this process soo easy!!
Denise was amazing to walk us through the entire process, set up our meetings that met our schedule. Her "can do" attitude made the prep meetings pleasant! She was upfront about all costs and extras.
After we finalized all of those details, we met Michael. The hand off to the builders was smooth for us. We live 4 hrs away from our new house, and he gave us regular updates via email.
We made regular checkin trips and Michael made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly.
From Day 1 to closing was 3 months!
Thank you all so much for making our dreams come true!

One phrase, THANK YOU! The Dothan team has been phenomenal, and amazing on building the house for my family. From the first moment of meeting and greeting with Mr. Royce, Mr. Locke, & Mr. Wayne. The experience is professional, and family inviting in the building experience. My wife and I have never built, this was hands down the one that made us not fear building. Welcoming, with open arms and ears to hear all concerns. Putting them to rest, America's Home Place in Dothan AL is the Home Place to build our Custom Forever Home. Thank you America's Home Place! You have made a family home for my family! The Spina's forever thank you!
