One day in August of 2023, we stopped at Bayshore on a whim just to see what they had to offer. We had been talking about replacing our 100 + year old cottage. We were greeted by George, who welcomed us in to his office and patiently answered question after question and walked us around to the model homes. We left that day with a good feeling and lots of brochures to read over. Over the next couple weeks we made repeated visits with more questions and more tours. About November of 2023, we decided to go ahead and pull the trigger. With the help of our daughter and son-in-law, we decided on the model and chose all the options, (which by the way, are many!!) we wanted . Each time we had a question, George patiently answered it. Our new home was ordered after the holidays and we are pleased to say it was just delivered to our lot this past week. George and Jim did everything possible to deliver our home before the summer season begins. George has the patience of a saint and never got rattled when we wanted to make a change or asked him "one more" question. George and Jim updated us every step of the way during the whole process.George even showed up the day the home was delivered...on his day off, just to make sure everything went ok.We are so happy we decided on Bayshore and can't recommend them enough!!
