This company has no concept of customer service. They are truly the rudest, most uncaring family run business I have ever encountered. I have done business with several generations of this family for more than three decades and it is the same through each one. They have screamed at me for making simple requests, called me names and threatened legal action over nothing more than me asking them to do the work correctly that they were contracted to do. There are far better companies in Erie to do business with and I guarantee they will not scream at you or call you vulgar names because they value their customers and every job they do.
Still owes my landscaping company $150 from mowing back in 2013 and still hasn’t paid me .. terrible contractors ... plus they are extremely political to .. avoid these guys they are jerks .
Joe and Gino built our house for us, and we couldn't be more pleased. The quality and professional workmanship is second to none. We are not ever planning on moving, but if we did, it would only be after they built our next house.
