uBuildit is a franchise model, so keep in mind that I can only speak of Matt in Mill Creek: SUPER AWESOME!! Explained things really well, CRAZY ORGANIZED, I am so looking forward to working with him!!!! Nothing concrete yet in my case, I went there for a sit down to just walk through the process, but I now have WAY more confidence and understanding of how things work, how they could work, how Matt works, and I am very impressed and will be going straight back to him as soon as it's time, no more shopping for a partner to help me with this.
