The crew was servicing a neighbors home when I asked a couple questions, we figured out, the neighbor & I had the same issue. Both transactions were over the busy end of the year Holiday Season but both the Owner, Greg Owens, and his agent, Allegra, were super responsive and professional with my buyers.
