Hey Googlers; My husband and I would like to thank Cathy Morton and Darla Scott at Maranda Homes for their kindness and patience while walking us through the process of this semi-custom built, especially while we where in the middle of a relocation from a different state. They were very, very prompt about getting back to us about any questions, big or small, that we had during our build. Also, they kept us informed and up to date on any changes, progress and " what to expect next" as our home was being build. They are an amazing team and have been instrumental in helping us get connected throughout the community at Hope Vineyard. Thank you ladies for helping us with our wonderful home.

We started the purchase process which was made even easier with the help of Miss Cathy our agent! We're moving from Washington state to Alabama and are so looking forward to it. The hope vineyard is fantastic location and is so nice and quiet compared to the city life in Washington state! Our house is being built, and I can't wait to move in. I have been a realtor/broker for over 30 years. I have sold many new construction homes but this builder stands outs above the rest! The attention to detail in their homes is amazing! There are so many interior and exterior choices to make your home individually yours! Hope Vineyard is a beautiful neighborhood with many lot choices from lake lots, ponds lots and oversized lots for larger square footage homes. Jordon the on site agent knows everything about the construction process and what plan that would work best for your needs!
