Hey Googlers; My husband and I would like to thank Cathy Morton and Darla Scott at Maranda Homes for their kindness and patience while walking us through the process of this semi-custom built, especially while we where in the middle of a relocation from a different state. They were very, very prompt about getting back to us about any questions, big or small, that we had during our build. Also, they kept us informed and up to date on any changes, progress and " what to expect next" as our home was being build. They are an amazing team and have been instrumental in helping us get connected throughout the community at Hope Vineyard. Thank you ladies for helping us with our wonderful home.

1st we were looking for a home in the fairhope/Daphne area. As soon as we saw the quality and attention to detail we immediately fell in love with Maronda home's! We started the purchase process which was made even easier with the help of Miss Cathy our agent! We're moving from Washington state to Alabama and are so looking forward to it. The hope vineyard is fantastic location and is so nice and quiet compared to the city life in Washington state! Our house is being built, and I can't wait to move in. Southern hospitality at it's finest! Thank you Miss Cathy and Darla you guys are the best ??

Jordan kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished home is truly impressive. Our new home exceeds our expectations, and we’re grateful to Maronda for bringing our vision to life!
