Well, I personally didn't think we'll find a home that'll check all the boxes in my wife's imagination ever, until our agent painted Mike with Dabbert homes in the picture. Of the 5 home designs shown to us in the showing, I personally would've settled with any. Even the lower price home are as appealing, The home we settled for surly delivered and surpassing my wife's expectation. The high ceiling, natural lightning, floor layout cabinet color, good quality materials. The low cabinet microwave location and the soaker tub got my wife sold and as for me, the built-in fireplace and the 3 car garage.Our dream of buying the home almost came crashing when we hit a wall on selling our old home. Mike together with the rest of the Dabbert team did the unheard of. We were able to move in to our home two weeks before closing in time for Christmas and my wife's birthday. No only that, they were willing to buy our twin home had we not sold it in time so we can fulfill our dream of owning this particular home.What a remarkable home Designs and teams you have.
Couldn't have been happier with Dabbert in designing and building our new home. Their designers and project manager were there every step of the way. We never felt confused or lost, despite not having a lot of home building and design knowledge ourselves. After the move in, the warranty team has been in constant contact making sure everything is as it should be. The quality of work is outstanding, you can tell they really stay on top of their contractors.Long story short we made the right decision going with Dabbert.
The Dabbert experience has been excellent. They are an awesome team that truly cares. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed immediately. They pointed out things in the warranty work that we never would have noticed, and were extremely thorough to ensure everything was done to perfection. We would 100% go with Dabbert again if we ever build another home, and we would recommend them to anyone.

Dabbert did such a great job in helping us get our new construction home sorted out. They used very nice quality building materials, had very nice home layouts with open concept, and they have exceptional service to repair or replace any issues with our first year of home warranty. Everything has been fixed or resolved within days to weeks of a problem arising. That being said, we have only had minor issues and prompt service. Everyone has been knowledgeable and very nice throughout the entire process. We would definitely go with Dabbert again!
