We found Rarebird to do a large remodel project in our home. It was a project that had challenges and a tough timeline. While we didn't hit every milestone, it hit most, and along the way the team partnered well and was responsive and attentive to our needs. Extra effort was taken to save money and negotiate with subs / suppliers when they were accountable, even though this outcome impacted Rarebird's earnings. We were so fortunate to find Rare Bird when we were searching for builders for our new house. From the very first meeting with Casey, we knew we had found the people we wanted to help build our forever home.From the very beginning everyone was very thorough- from the planning to actually getting the house up and going. Casey was very hands on in the process and always made sure the work being done was done the correct way. We started building right around Covid shutting a lot of things down-which definitely slowed some things down but working with Casey, Blake and Natalie-they always tried to stay one step of ahead of things to make sure we could stay as close to schedule as possible.We are absolutely in love with our new house. The quality of the build and the work done is exceptional and we are so thankful for Rare Bird!
