Riverwood Homes

This is my second Riverwood Homes home and I wouldn’t build or buy from any other builder in NWA. Riverwood is locally owned and operated and has been for many years. They will be around long after out-of-town builders have moved on and Riverwood cares about their reputation for quality and customer service in the communities they serve. I have had only one or two minor issues since moving in and they have been taken care of quickly through their warranty department. They have a formal process and their warranty coverage is clearly spelled out in closing documents. It is all very professionally done and impressive from this buyer’s perspective. (Shout out to Tina, Nick, Mark and Rodney!) I love my new home and am 100% content with decisions I’ve made along the way. It was such a pleasure working with my agent, Jacki.
