We met with America’s Home Place after interviewing a different builder. We were impressed with their Sales Coordinator Andre’s professionalism and knowledge of their homes. If you’re looking to build a home make sure you check out them out first for an excellent product.
My wife and I visited AHP in Fayetteville to see the models and even though we couldn’t build in that area Andre took the time to show us around and explain everything to us. He was great and very knowledgeable. Thank you Andre for taking the time to speak with us.
America Home Place is a great company to work with. The whole team was amazing through the whole process. Addison the designer, Patrick and Ryan the project managers we all awesome and put their all into making this a great experience. Highly recommend this company if you’re getting a house built. First off, I would have to say I was skeptical about coming here in the beginning. Due to the low number of reviews. But then I realized after doing my own research, they haven’t been here at this location for that very long. I can say it was the best decision coming here. They gave us exactly what we wanted and needed, for a very reasonable price. The build time was out of this world, the customer service is ALWAYS top tier we are first time home buyers, so whatever questioned we didn’t know the answer to they answered with no problems! Are always available when needed the callback time is within 24 hours or sooner. Their floor plans are everything you can imagine especially when it comes to room sizes. I loved everything about the experience, and they made sure to keep us updated every chance possible. I want to give a big shout out to Addison cause she’s the one who welcomed us with open arms! Thank you and I will always recommend people to you guys!
My husband and I just finished building our house and have had a great experience with AHP! Everyone was so helpful during the entire process, from Addison and Sheila in the office, to Patrick in the building aspect. It was so nice knowing we could just make a phone call, send and email or text, and everything would be taken care of. Addison and Patrick have become like family to us! :) The process was so smooth, and fast too! We started the paperwork part of the process in October and in our minds we would be in the house by the next October. We moved in the house in June!!! I would highly recommend using AHP in Fayetteville as your builders. Thank you all so much for what you did for us and our family!
