We had an excellent experience with our project managers Stone and Joey as we went from a dirt lot to our new home. The two of them made sure if we had any issues, they were handled quickly and correctly. Lynn was great to work with as well.This was our second new build since moving to NC, and this experience was far better.

We’ve had a wonderful experience working with Mason and Val at Maggie Way. They have really made our buying experience a pleasure. We were especially impressed by the time they spent with Henry walking through a finished Dogwood model to answer his questions and talk over ideas that would make our own Dogwood perfect for us.Our Design Center experience with Machell was fantastic. She really knows how to make you feel comfortable choosing so many options, offering suggestions that were really helpful.
