Carrington Homes is an elite home builder in Indiana. The craftsmanship and quality is second to none. Carl is a very engaging owner and has been very responsive when needed. His on site managers (our home was built with team lead Eddie Martinez) are excellent and the subs he uses are top notch. We chose to have our home designed by Grady who is their in house designer and he designed a lovely home that was extremely specific to our wants and needs. This is a truly custom home. If I had to build another house again I would choose Carrington Homes, but it is hard for me to envision a home that fits my needs better than the one they built.

Working with Carrington Homes was a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the attention to detail surpassed all of our expectations. I can say with full honestly I truly enjoyed interactions with our team through out the entire process. They were always quick to respond to questions and issues, and made the process feel so easy. Sandy, the selections coordinator, worked tirelessly to arrange and consolidate meetings around my childcare availability. She brought so much fun and excitement into the process, and really helped me achieve my vision on our budget. Our project manager Zach was always so kind and his attention to detail was incredible. Shaun has helped us so much with any fixes or changes we needed at the one year check in. I have truly loved working with this incredible team. We couldn’t be more grateful to Carrington for helping us build our forever home.

First off Carl, the owner of the company, is an honest builder who consistently fixed any problem / mistake that were made in the home. I would trust him to deal with your home building process with integrity.

We custom-built with Carrington during the height of the pandemic... Supply chain caused some build delays; we were about 3 months late compared to the original build estimate.The lack of skilled workers among his subcontractors (presumably due to the building boom of the time) also led to some silly errors that required corrections. A lot of these things were somewhat beyond the builders' control; and Carl did step up and got everything taken care of. The home ended up functioning well and look beautiful.

Having said that, we did have a Carrington site supervisor that lacked appropriate experience/attention to detail required in a custom build. This has led to a lot of frustrations and delays. My advice in using this business is to carefully interview and select the Carrington site supervisor for your home: and to discussed any issue with the Owner promptly and often.
