Im a realtor that represented clients at this community but this review is for the overall company. I will not ever recommend or refer another buyer client to this builder. Watch what you are signing , i recommend having an attorney review the contracts. They kept over 70k of my clients money. The interest rates are high which makes it difficult to sell particular homes within a price range within the alloted time given by the builder. The builder terminated the agreement due to the home not selling within their time frame. Now they have over 70k of free money. This is highway robbery and they need to be reported to the news. Buying pre existing you do not deal with crazy stuff like this. Also to add they just sold the home for 70k less so they lost NOTHING! Also my buyer was a returning client
A friend of mine has purchased one of the 3 story units...I'm a builder and right away I could see the high quality in the unit and the pride they took in the construction...I've been in the business for 46 years and I recommend if you are shopping for a home, you should inquire...
