All you hear is the sound of children, birds chirping and a peaceful view
Supers of the job are rude and desresectful to ppl who work on there jobs...
Friendly, helpful staff (on-site and on-line). Very well-considered floor-plans, "Everything's Included" pretty much is. Loads of "oh, wow - I was going to add that, but it's included!" moments. We've toured three Lennar developments in two communities, and the experience is always the same.
It's brand new & my daughter just bought one of the houses
My fiancé and I were looking forward to view this new community as we had been following Lennar developments in the past and were very impressed with the layouts. Monday on 1/2/17 in the AM we came with our realtors (husband and wife) as soon as we walked in the doors we were immediately welcomed with hostility. I didn't get the name of the lady (sales rep) but in short, she was extremely rude. She looked bothered and kept rolling her eyes when we would ask questions and her tone was so condescending when asking about layouts and wanting to actually go see the first residence that is not modeled. The experience was the worst ever and I felt so bad for my realtor. We get it, obviously no commissions like to be shared. But for the first time in my life I felt belittled and racially profiled it went far beyond just coming in already with our agent. We are both young and Hispanic and I felt that she treated the other people that were also looking much more enthusiastically and respectful, and giving out tons of info as I stayed in the corner just observing. She must have thought we are just some young kids that have no business even looking at these kind of homes. Mind you I am a registered nurse and my fiancé a dental hygienist. We are more than capable of purchasing a home. Which we were ready that morning to give them our hard earned money. But this whole encounter just put a bad taste in our mouths, and for that we decided we will wait and go with another builder that is building up on citrus ave!On one positive note Brett did take us and our realtors to go see one home currently being built just to see the layout he was very pleasant and informative and overall made it a good experience while on the construction site. But even then we had decided we would not want to take our business to Lennar. It is very true when they say first impressions are everything and based off of that horrific experience we will never buy a Lennar home. Read the reviews on the builders and you will see that KB and others have much better reviews, so perhaps we have dodged a bullet with this one.
