If we had questions or concerns they were immediately on it. The quality of the work was consistently excellent and they were sure to work within my time constraints. Shout out to John for his fun design ideas and his willingness to learn how to work with a high school girl’s vision. They took the time to truly understand our vision during the design phase and delivered thorough plans, schematics, and a budget. During the construction phase Sam’s extensive knowledge was instrumental in real time problem solving and keeping the work on schedule. Consistent communication throughout the project was very reassuring.

My project has just been completed and I am very happy with the end result! Adrian's perspective on doing business was a big reason I chose to contract with them. Budget was adhered to, which was a big question from the beginning. Quality of work was excellent, and there was clear communication throughout the entire process. We have had the good fortune of having lived in a Frameworks timber frame home for ten years now and we are as proud of it and excited about it today as we were the day we moved in.
We have built three different custom homes and with those three projects, Frameworks was one of the only suppliers/contractors who came in on time, on budget and everything was as promised. The quality and craftmanship on the Frameworks timber frame is next to none.
Once we completed our Frameworks project we became one of the family with Frameworks staying in touch, always available to answer any questions or provide any assistance.
We couldn’t be happier with our Frameworks timber frame home and our relationship with Adrian and the entire Frameworks crew!
