We selected Hammersmith Structure after interviewing several other contractors and designers. We chose them because of their experience with clients who lived out of state and had processes in place to keep us appraised and involved with the project from start to finish. We also like that they insisted on being involved with the remodeling project from the very beginning, working closely with the architect, so that we were not faced with structural or budget problems. They had great subcontractors, many of whom we met, all who did great work.

We love the house, we loved working with Hammersmith Structures. We cannot praise them enough.

Hammersmith Structures, built a 250 sq ft extension for us in 2010. We really liked their work so when we wanted to build a larger extension to our house during the pandemic, we got in touch with them again. They did an amazing job. Apart from building a beautiful extension to our house, what's remarkable is that they stayed on schedule and they managed the construction with minimal disruption to our lives. Even more remarkable, they stayed within budget, despite the fact that we were building during the pandemic and the supply shocks had started showing up. Would recommend them most highly.

Using Hammersmith Structures for building of my home was one of my better decisions in moving to Fort Collins. The management and professionalism of his staff, his superintendents and his subcontractors was of the highest quality I found. His handling of the unforeseen problems were handled upfront and agree upon before completion. I recommend anyone who is looking for their forever home to use Chandler and his group.

Chandler and his company completed our home in 2012, just ahead of the High Park Fire. Our house was the only one that survived on our road. When we arrived back at the house after evacuation, our house was in almost pristine condition. Chandler’s workmanship was great. We have now been in our home eleven years and still love it. We are still friends with Chandler. He kept us apprised the entire way. We broke ground in August of 2011 and moved in May of 2012. Our home has lots of extras including dedicated home automation and an in-house hot tub room. I highly recommend Chandler for constructing someone’s dream home. We lived 1000 miles away during construction so communication was critical. On time, on-budget and quality. What more can you ask for?

The house Chandler built for us couldn’t be better. He is wonderful to work with. He’s both professional and friendly. He has the resources (good subcontractors) to get the job done. The quality of construction could not be better. Rooms are all square and meet specs. We needed one room to be 13 feet 6 and 1/4 inches wide to fit a built in piece of furniture we already had. When finished, that wall was exactly the dimension we needed. All the joint and corners in the house are tight and finishes are perfect. The whole process could not have been better.
